Refund policy
Returns – Can I Return My Order?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied. Our goal is for you to be fully happy with your purchase from Rosie Cottage. If the items ordered do not meet your expectations, you may return them during this period.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is processed quickly, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of items: Items must be complete (including all parts and accessories) and in their original condition with the original packaging.
- No excessive use: Only normal use is permitted. Damage caused by misuse may result in the return being refused.
- Hygiene products: Items such as underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Faulty products: If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, from approximately £25. We will provide all necessary return instructions.
- Processing time: Returns are processed within 7 working days.
Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, use or visible damage.

2. Wait for instructions
Please wait for our confirmation before sending your return. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide any additional instructions if required.

Please do not send any returns without first contacting us and receiving return authorisation. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
3. Send the return
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (from approximately £25). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email info@rosiecottage.uk with your order number. Requests are valid if received within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, or once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled before delivery. You can still withdraw from your purchase and return it under the Right of Withdrawal section below.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Withdrawal only becomes effective once the returned goods have been received by us.
- Withdrawal period: 14 days from receiving the final item.
- Order cancellation: Orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (see Order Cancellation).
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (from approximately £25).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
